Personal Training for All Age Groups

Age Groups:

  • Beginners from 4 years – playful introduction to water and first swimming techniques
  • Adults – technique improvement, endurance training, and individual goals
  • Seniors – joint-friendly exercise, water safety, and maintaining mobility

Focus Areas:

  • Freestyle
  • Breaststroke
  • Backstroke
  • Individual (currently not available for wheelchair users)

Handicap:

  • Water and movement therapy in the pool for all age groups
  • Learning to swim for wheelchair users (currently not available)

In private sessions, we create a tailor-made training program adapted to age, fitness level, and personal goals.
