Age Groups:
- Beginners from 4 years – playful introduction to water and first swimming techniques
- Adults – technique improvement, endurance training, and individual goals
- Seniors – joint-friendly exercise, water safety, and maintaining mobility
Focus Areas:
- Freestyle
- Breaststroke
- Backstroke
- Individual (currently not available for wheelchair users)
Handicap:
- Water and movement therapy in the pool for all age groups
- Learning to swim for wheelchair users (currently not available)
In private sessions, we create a tailor-made training program adapted to age, fitness level, and personal goals.
